School based clinicians (psychologists and social workers) at Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES work with students and families to create healthy learning environments. Often this requires connecting families to appropriate resources within their communities. Below is a list of community mental health pages, sorted by counties. Services may include outpatient mental health (therapists, psychiatrists), respite services, case management, crisis hotline, department of social services, developmental disabilities resources, substance abuse resources (and more).
