 Chef Michael Tomaseski, also known as Chef “T” has been cooking since he graduated high school over 35 years ago.   

Chef graduated from SUNY Sullivan with an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Food Management.  Chef has worked for Marriott and Hyatt corporations, privately owned free standing restaurant and a regional hospital before becoming a teacher at tech and has been teaching 23 years.
